Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with both digital courses and in-person services.

Digital Courses

• 30-Day Refund Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Since our products are digital, no physical returns are required.

In-Person Coaching (6 x 1hr sessions)

• 7-Day Cancellation Window: You may cancel and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have yet been attended.
• Pro-Rated Refunds: Once sessions have begun, refunds are available on a pro-rated basis for unused sessions only.
  • Example: If 2 of 6 sessions are completed, you may receive a refund equal to the unused 4 sessions.
• Refunds are not available once all sessions have been completed.

Effort Guarantee (Digital Courses Only)

In addition to our 30-day refund guarantee, we also offer a 100% Effort Guarantee. If you complete the course in full, submit all assignments, and engage with the material but still do not find value, we will refund your investment up to 90 days from your original purchase.
