By opting in to receive text messages from Divine Life LLC ("Divine Life," "we," "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms.
1) Program Description
Divine Life offers two independent SMS programs:
- Transactional/informational messages (appointments, scheduling, support, coaching/therapy, account/service communications)
- Promotional/marketing messages (coaching, counseling, resources, events, workshops, offers)
Users may opt into either or both independently.
2) Consent
Transactional/informational SMS consent and promotional SMS consent are collected separately using independent opt-in checkboxes. Consent to receive marketing messages is optional and not required to receive transactional/service communications. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Divine Life maintains separate consent records for:
- Transactional / Informational SMS
- Marketing / Promotional SMS
Customers may opt into one, both, or neither program.
3) Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.
4) Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
5) Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7) Carriers
