We serve the greater Elk River area and surrounding communities including Rogers, Maple Grove, St. Michael, Buffalo, Monticello, and beyond through both in-person and virtual sessions. Our team is growing, and we’re excited to invite a licensed therapist who shares our faith-driven values to join us in this mission.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will align with our faith-based mission, hold strong clinical skills, and be passionate about seeing marriages and lives transformed through compassionate and evidence-based care.

This position offers flexibility, collaboration, and purpose-driven work in a supportive environment where faith and professionalism walk hand in hand.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families (in person and/or via telehealth).

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state standards.

Collaborate with our team of counselors and coaches for case consultation and client care.

Integrate faith-based principles and prayer (when welcomed by clients) in alignment with our core values.

Participate in team meetings, optional trainings, and spiritual development opportunities.


Qualifications:

Active LMFT or LPCC licensure in Minnesota (Required).

Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or private practice preferred.

Alignment with a faith-based worldview and Divine Life’s mission.

Strong clinical experience in areas such as marital conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family systems.

Compassionate, humble, and collaborative spirit.

Willingness to work 1–2 evenings per week (flexible).

Interest in providing pre-marital or marriage-focused therapy is a plus.

We are currently seeking Marriage Coaches who are passionate about helping couples rediscover connection, restore trust, and grow in unity. Whether working individually or as a husband-and-wife team, you'll have the freedom to coach on your schedule—virtually from anywhere or in-person at our Elk River, MN office.

Individually with a couple


As a married couple coaching together

Compensation: (Per 6-Session Package)

Single-person In-Person: $300


Single-person Online: $250


Husband & Wife In-Person Team: $400


Husband & Wife Online Team: $350


Additional income: Earn $15 per assessment after completing 5 client packages and upgrading your coach membership

10+ Years in a monogamous heterosexual marriage


5+ Years walking in the Christian faith
