We serve the greater Elk River area and surrounding communities including Rogers, Maple Grove, St. Michael, Buffalo, Monticello, and beyond through both in-person and virtual sessions. Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will align with our faith-based mission, hold strong clinical skills, and be passionate about seeing marriages and lives transformed through compassionate and evidence-based care.
This position offers flexibility, collaboration, and purpose-driven work in a supportive environment where faith and professionalism walk hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families (in person and/or via telehealth).
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state standards.
Collaborate with our team of counselors and coaches for case consultation and client care.
Integrate faith-based principles and prayer (when welcomed by clients) in alignment with our core values.
Participate in team meetings, optional trainings, and spiritual development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Active LMFT or LPCC licensure in Minnesota (Required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or private practice preferred.
Alignment with a faith-based worldview and Divine Life’s mission.
Strong clinical experience in areas such as marital conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family systems.
Compassionate, humble, and collaborative spirit.
Willingness to work 1–2 evenings per week (flexible).
Interest in providing pre-marital or marriage-focused therapy is a plus.
